with 與 without:

　　* with: (1) “具有”

　　Eg: China is a country with long history.

　　中國(guó)事一個(gè)歷史悠久的國(guó)家。

　　The girl with big eyes is Lily.

　　長(zhǎng)著大眼睛的女孩事麗麗。

　　Do you have any money with you?

　　你身上帶錢了嗎？

　　(2) “和...一起”

　　Eg: He always takes a walk with his father.

　　他總是和他的爸爸散步。

　　(3) “隨著；由于”

　　Eg: People’s ideas change with the change of the times.

　　人們的思想隨著時(shí)代發(fā)生變化。

　　* without: “沒(méi)有；缺乏”

　　Eg: He goes to school without having breakfast.

　　他沒(méi)吃早飯去上學(xué)。
