　　就近一致

　　是指由部分短語(yǔ)引導主語(yǔ)，謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞根據靠近它的主語(yǔ)名詞決定單復數形式。

　　1. There be, Here be句式的就近原則。例如：

　　There is a book and some pencils on the desk.

　　桌子上有一本書(shū)和幾支鉛筆。

　　There are some pencils and a book on the desk.

　　桌子上有幾支鉛筆和一本書(shū)。

　　2. Either. . . or. . . , Neither. . . nor. . . , Not only. . . but also. . . 引導主語(yǔ)時(shí)的就近原則。例如：

　　Either you or your brother has forgotten to turn off the light before going to bed.

　　不是你就是你弟弟睡覺(jué)前忘了關(guān)燈。

　　Not only Tom but (also) his parents enjoy swimming.

　　不僅湯姆，而且他的父母也都喜歡游泳。
