3.turn （熟義：v. 轉變 ）v. 達到或超過(guò)（某年齡或時(shí)間） n. 依次，輪流

　　She turned forty last june. 她在剛過(guò)去的六月滿(mǎn)四十歲。

　　Whose turn is it to do the washing-up? 輪到誰(shuí)刷鍋洗碗了？

　�、� 訓練(vt.)  He was trained as a engineer.

　�、� 火車(chē)（一列）(n.)  I went home by train last week.

　　5.though:

　�、� 雖然 （連詞）She came to help me,though she was very busy.

　�、� 可是 （副詞）She promised to call,I heard nothing ,though.

　　6.treat:

　�、� 對待(vt.) The woman treats the baby as her own child.

　�、� 治療(vt.)She was treated for sunstroke.(中暑)

　　1.watch （熟義：v. 觀(guān)看 n. 手表 ）v. 留心；注意

　　We will have to watch the children in case they get too tired.

　　我們得照看著(zhù)孩子，別讓他們太累了。

　　2.when （熟義：conj. 當…時(shí)候）conj. 那時(shí)突然；既然，考慮到

　　I was about to leave when it began to rain. 我正想要離開(kāi)，突然下起雨來(lái)。

　　3.while （熟義：conj. 當… 時(shí)候 ）conj. 然而；盡管，雖然

　　I drink black coffee while he prefers it with cream. 我愛(ài)喝清咖啡而他喜歡加奶油的。

　　While I admit that there are problems, I don’t agree that they cannot be solved.

　　盡管我承認有問(wèn)題存在，但我沒(méi)說(shuō)這些問(wèn)題不能解決。

　　4.wonder （熟義：v. 想知道）v. 感到驚奇，驚嘆

　　We wondered at the speed with which it arrived. 我們贊嘆其到達速度之快。

　　5．word （熟義：n. 單詞，話(huà) ）n. 消息(不可數名詞)

　　Word came that I was needed at home. 有信兒來(lái)說(shuō)家里需要我。

　　6.would:

　�、� 表示過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí) He would attend the meeting if he had time.

　�、� 過(guò)去常常 The old woman would ordered a cup of tea every time she came to the resturant.

　�、� 愿意 I would like to invite you to my house this week.

　　7.will

　�、� 將（一般將來(lái)時(shí)）I will stay at home if it rains .

　�、� 意志（品質(zhì)）(n.) The old woman has a strong will.

　�、� 愿望(n.)against one`s will違反某人的意愿

　　8.well

　�、俸玫�(adv) He can play football very well.

　�、诰�(n.) The water in the well is very cool.
